    Today we celebrated Grundlovsdag, which is actually June 5th on the calendar in Denmark, but we celebrate it on the weekend. There were 100’s of people, lot’s of Danish food and treats, and many vendors selling their wares. Oh, and there were Vikings.

    A few years ago we connected with some Danish family we had never met and from there, we have immersed ourselves in the culture. It was a welcomed outlet during the pandemic.
