The Feeling of Accomplishment
It was a rare weekend with no plans and nothing much accomplished. It feels good to chill, although I always feel guilty. I have to be moving. There isn’t enough time in the day to do everything I want to do around the house and trailer and writing and fun family outings.

Mad Over Potatoes
An outburst over a bag of potatoes makes me realize I need to express my frustrations and need for help more often, to avoid the frustration building up into an eventual meltdown. We all have our breaking points. Mine can sometimes resemble a Coprolalia episode.
